This is my website that contains work I've done, showcasing what I have done at work and with personal projects.
As I build it out, it looks a little small, but will quickly fill.
Some work is from my time in school, and some is stripped of employer specific information. But it is all representative of my ability.
I have spent the last 10 years in technical support. This has been working with various vendors, providing support to customers that use the product.
I am looking to move to corporate IT. I want to be involved in the lifecycle of a system, from purchasing and configuration, to eventual retirement. I want to be able to know a system and it's configuration in and out, and be able to explain why certain choices were made during configuration.
While I have enjoyed the challenge of providing support to existing systems, the constant stress of assisting in system outages regularly is putting quite a strain on me.
